- To submit a refund request, send an email to hello@tripshop.ru with your name, booking number or itinerary reference number, plus proof (receipt, price list, flyer, web address or web screen shot, etc.) of the lower price.
- We reserves the right to verify details of the lower price where possible. All refund decisions will be made at the sole discretion of our Company.
